7:00am - Legislative Updates (required - 3 hours) 9:45am - MREC Supervision (required for managers, brokers, and team leaders - 3 hours) 12:30-1pm - Break 1:00pm - Fair Housing (required 1.5 hours)

Cancellation Policy

Refunds and rescheduling for future classes will be given only with a 48-hour cancellation prior to the class start time by email to: info@1streacademy.com *Should the student need to reschedule; a credit may be issued for a future date. Refunds on a cancelled class will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the class minus any credit card processing fees charged to the school. The credit card refund process is normally 7-10 days once notified of the cancellation. CLASS RULES & POLICIES 1st Choice RE Academy and Maryland Real Estate Commission 1. Turn off ALL electronic devices; also, do not bring unrelated reading material during the course. 2. Students must be physically present during ALL the offering time - no credit is given when a student arrives late, leaves early, or steps out to answer a phone call. If you come late, you must wait for the next class to start. 3. No partial credit is allowed 4. Disputes about registration fees, cancellation or refund policies are resolved by the provider, not the Commission. 5. If special arrangements are needed under the Americans with Disabilities Act, contact us in advance with the required documents. 6. POLICIES Classes start promptly at the scheduled time. No exceptions. We are not responsible for traffic delays or bad or lost connections (zoom). 7. Zoom offers training classes which are available 24-7 on the zoom website to take prior to the class. ZOOM CLASSES If you would not do it in a classroom setting, then you cannot do it in a virtual one, this includes driving, not having camera on, walking, hopping in and out of the class, etc. NO PHONES ALLOWED DURING CLASS- ZOOM AND IN PERSON CLASSROOM Course credits will be uploaded to the Maryland Real Estate Commission within 1-2 days after the class has been completed. We record each session. By attending you are agreeing to be recorded in lieu of sign in/out sheets. We cannot issue credit unless you are on camera. Please make sure you will have a consistent, reliable internet connection. We are not responsible for lost connections to class but will assist with potential makeup classes as best as possible. Some classes will be recorded, audio and visually, for training and advertising- By registering, you consent to this.
