The state of Maryland requires all individuals seeking a Real Estate Salesperson License to complete 60 clock hours of instruction prior to being eligible to take a PSI exam .

$385 - Includes Books & Tuition

Upon completion of each class, it will be reported to the MD Real Estate Commission. You will receive a confirmation once the class has been received by the MD Real Estate Commission.
