Real Estate Salespersons are required to complete 15 hours of continuing education (CE) every two years in the state of Maryland. These requirements include:

3 Hours of Ethics
3 Hours of Brokerage Relationships & Disclosure
2 Hours of Fair Housing
4.5 Hours of Elective Courses
