Full refunds and rescheduling for future classes will be given only with a 48-hour cancellation to the class start time by email or text. info@1streacademy.com or text (443) 871-2946 *Should the student need to reschedule, a credit will be issued for a future date.

 

Policies from the MD Real Estate Commission (MREC)

1. Turn off ALL electronic devices; also, do not bring unrelated reading material during the course.

2. Students must be physically present during ALL the offering time - no credit is given when a student arrives late, leaves early, or steps out to answer a phone call.

3. No partial credit is allowed

4. Disputes about registration fees, cancellation or refund policies are resolved by the provider, not the Commission.

5. If special arrangements are needed under the Americans with Disabilities Act, contact us in advance with the required documents.

Zoom & In-Person Class Policies

1. Classes start promptly at the scheduled time. No exceptions. We are not responsible for traffic delays or bad or lost connections (zoom). 2. The ZOOM classes will be locked promptly at start time. At that time anyone not logged in will not be able to enter.

3. Zoom offers training classes which are available 24-7 on the zoom website to take prior to the class. https://learning.zoom.us/pages/24/start-learning

4. All students should arrive or log in (zoom) 15 minutes prior to the start of the class to ensure Credit.

5. PHOTO ID is required at time of sign in for classroom classes.

 

Students consent and understand that all sessions may be photographed or audio/video recorded by staff and/or by zoom online. It is also understood that these recordings and observations shall be for the purpose of training and at times we may used in advertising for the 1st Choice Real Estate Academy
