1st Choice Real Estate Academy was founded to provide both aspiring Real Estate Agents and licensed Agents and Brokers with the best resources and education to advance in their Real Estate careers.  We are an approved Real Estate Education Provider by the Maryland Higher Education Commission and we are dedicated to providing the best education experience. 

Continuing Education

FOR REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS

Realtors® are required to complete 15 hours of continuing education (CE) every two years in accordance with Maryland law.  We offer both online and in-person courses to ensure you stay compliant!

Pre-Licensing

FOR ASPIRING REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS

Maryland law requires individuals seeking a Real Estate Salesperson License to complete a 60 hour course before taking the PSI exam. We offer both online and in-person sessions to ensure a successful completion of the course!
