60-Hour Maryland Principles and Practices for Salespersons Course This course provides the mandatory 60 hours of instruction to be eligible to obtain a Maryland Salesperson license. Classes will run on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:00 - 10:00PM and Saturdays from 9:00AM-5:00PM and includes breaks. Starting June 1 and ending June 24 @ Realty One Group 1101 Mercantile Lane, Suite 201 Upper Marlboro, MD 20774 TEST DATE: June 24, 2023 @ 1st Choice Real Estate Academy *** Please note the final class/test will be held at OUR office location NOT at Realty One Group *** $375 Cost includes: Tuition ($275), Books ($75), Admin Fee ($25)

Cancelation Policy

No partial credit is allowed 4. Disputes about registration fees, cancellation or refund policies are resolved by the provider, not the Commission. 5. All students should arrive or log in (zoom) 15 minutes prior to the start of the class to ensure Credit. 5. PHOTO ID is required at time of sign in for classroom classes. Students consent and understand that all sessions may be photographed or audio/video recorded by staff and/or by zoom online. It is also understood that these recordings and observations shall be for the purpose of training and at times we may used in advertising for the 1st Choice Real Estate Academy
