The state of Maryland requires all individuals seeking a Real Estate Salesperson License to complete 60 clock hours of instruction prior to being eligible to take a PSI exam .

Weekday Program  |  2 Weeks  |  Monday-Friday  |  6.5 Hours Per Day (10:00am - 4:30pm)  |  30 Minute Lunch Breaks  |  60 Clock Hours

Saturday Program  |  6.5 Hours Per Day (10:00am - 4:30pm)  |  30 Minute Lunch Breaks  |  60 Clock Hours
